At Vianne Jewels, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and returns:
Returns: We offer free returns within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact and returned in the original packaging as received. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected, and the items will be returned to the sender. Please note, custom or special-order items are not eligible for returns. If you receive faulty or defective items, please return them in their original packaging. We will inspect the items and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
Shipping: Currently, we ship only within India. During checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping option from multiple standard services. Please note, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) orders, and all orders require a signature upon delivery for security reasons. Some products may have a shipping window of up to 14 days. Vianne Jewels cannot be held accountable for any loss, delivery delays, liability, or damage caused by events beyond our control.
